Ingredients:

  • 1 oz blue Curacao
  • 1 oz vodka
  • ½ oz Aperol
  • ¾ oz fresh lime juice
  • ½ oz Honey Syrup
  • Tonic water
  • Ice
  • Lime wheel (garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice;
  2. Add Blue Curacao, Vodka, Aperol, fresh lime juice, and honey syrup to the shaker;
  3. Shake well (Mixture is chilled);
  4. Strain the mixture into a highball glass filled with Ice;
  5. Top with Tonic Water;
  6. Garnish with lime wheel;

Ingredients

  • 2 oz vodka
  • 1 oz triple sec
  • 1 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 1 oz fresh pineapple juice 
  • ½ oz simple syrup (taste adjuster)
  • A dash of Angostura bitters (optional)
  • Lemon wheel or pineapple slice (garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice;
  2. Add the vodka, triple sec, fresh lemon and pineapple juice, and simple syrup to the shaker;
  3. (optional) add a dash of Angostura bitters to add depth;
  4. Shake well (Mixture is chilled);
  5. Strain the mixture in a highball glass filled with ice;
  6. Garnish with lemon wheel or pineapple slice;

Ode To Nina

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz vodka
  • 1 oz Chambord (or any raspberry liqueur)
  • 5 oz Irn-Bru
  • ½ oz fresh lime juice
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh raspberries and a lime wheel (garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Fill a shaker with ice cubes;
  2. Add The vodka, Chambord, and lime juice to the shaker;
  3. Shake well (Mixture is chilled);
  4. Strain into a tall glass filled with ice;
  5. Slowly pour in the Irn-Bru and give it a gentle stir;
  6. Garnish with a few fresh raspberries and a lime wheel on the rim;

El Gabbie

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz habanero-infused tequila
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1 oz pomegranate juice
  • ¾ oz spicy chili syrup
  • ½ oz grenadine
  • 3-4 slices of fresh habanero
  • 1 dash of bitters
  • Whole habanero pepper (garnish)
  • Chili salt or spicy Tajín rim (garnish)
  • Lime wheel or wedge (garnish)

    Instructions:

    1. Rim the glass: Rub the rim with lime juice and dip it into chili salt or spicy Tajín for that extra heat from the first sip;
    2. Muddle habaneros: Muddle 3-4 slices of fresh habanero in the shaker (use gloves);
    3. Fill the shaker with ice;
    4. Add habanero-infused tequila, lime juice, pomegranate juice, spicy chili syrup, and grenadine to the shaker;
    5. Shake vigorously;
    6. Strain into a glass with ice or serve straight up in a coupe glass for a clean look;
    7. Use a whole habanero for a bold, fiery presentation, and add a lime wedge for balance;

    The Mortnir

    Ingredients:

    • 4 oz Golden Ale(light beer with a warm, golden color)

    • 1 oz Limoncello

    • ½ oz Honey Syrup

    • ½ oz Goldschläger(cinnamon schnapps with edible gold flakes)

    • ½ oz Fresh Lemon Juice

    • 1 dash of Angostura Bitters(for depth of flavor)

    • Edible gold leaf or gold dust for garnish (optional)

      Instructions:

      1. Fill the shaker with ice;

      2. Add the limoncello, honey syrup, lemon juice, and bitters to the shaker;

      3. Shake well (Mixture is chilled);

      4. Strain the mixture into a chilled glass;

      5. Slowly top with the golden ale, allowing the foam to settle and create a golden hue;

      6. Float Goldschläger on top for a sparkle of gold flakes;

      7. Sprinkle of edible gold dust or a small gold leaf (optional);

      The Chipset

      Ingredients:

      • 2 oz Cognac

      •  1 oz Amaretto

      • ¾ oz Fresh lemon juice

      • ½ oz Honey syrup

      •  Lemon twist (for garnish)

      •  Fresh mint sprig (for garnish)

      Instructions:

      1. Fill a shaker with ice;
      2.  Add the cognac, amaretto, lemon juice, and honey syrup to the shaker;

      3. Shake well (Mixture chilled);

      4. Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass;

      5. Garnish with a lemon twist and a fresh mint sprig;

      The Chankopop

      Ingredients:

      • 1 oz Vodka

      • 1 oz Tequila (preferably blanco)

      • ½ oz Blue Curaçao

      • 1 oz Fresh lemon juice

      • ½ oz Fresh lime juice

      • ½ oz Simple syrup

      • 1 oz White grape juice

      • 1 oz Club soda

      •  A dash of butterfly pea flower tea

      • Twist of lemon peel or grapes

      Instructions:

      1. Steep the butterfly pea flower tea in hot water and let it cool;

      2. Fill a shaker with ice;
      3. Add the vodka, tequila, blue curaçao, lemon juice, lime juice, white grape juice, and simple syrup;

      4. Shake well. (Mixture chilled);

      5. Strain into a chilled glass filled with ice;

      6. Top with club soda for a bit of fizz;

      7. Slowly pour a dash of butterfly pea tea;

      8. Garnish with a twist of lemon peel or a small bunch of grapes;


      The Skadberg

      Ingredients:

      • 1 oz Gin
      • ¾ oz Elderflower liqueur

      • ½ oz Fresh lime juice
      • ½ oz Simple syrup
      • 3 oz Belgian beer (a light, fruity style like a Belgian Witbier or Saison)
      • Cucumber slice (for garnish)
      • Fresh basil leaf (for garnish)

      Instructions:

      1. Fill a shaker with ice;
      2. Combine the gin, elderflower liqueur, lime juice, and simple syrup in a shaker filled with ice;

      3. Shake well until chilled;

      4. Strain the mixture into a large wine glass filled with ice;

      5. Top with the Belgian beer and stir gently to combine;

      6. Garnish with a cucumber slice and a fresh basil leaf;

      The Shabsey

      Ingredients:

      • 2 oz Finnish Vodka
      • ½ oz Blue Curaçao
      • ½ oz Suze or Campari
      • ½ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
      • ½ oz Honey Syrup 
      • 1 dash Orange Bitters
      • Edible Gold Flakes (garnish)
      • Dry Ice Mist (garnish)
      • Red Chili Thread or Szechuan Pepper Rim (garnish)

      Instructions:

      1. Fill a shaker with ice;
      2. Add the vodka, blue curaçao, lemon juice, honey syrup, and the suze or campari;
      3. Shake well (Mixture is chilled);
      4. Strain into a chilled test tube;
      5. Float a few edible gold flakes on top for a regal, powerful touch;
      6. Optionally, serve the test tube in a glass with dry ice to create an intense, misty effect;
      7. Garnish with red chili threads or rim the test tube with crushed Szechuan pepper to give a final kick—subtle, but fierce;
